- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a sliding scale to clients without insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients usually have many questions as what the process will look like. I try to answer questions and listen to the client's story. At the end of the session, we come out with a plan and clarify the client's goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and working with couples for about 4 years. I worked under the supervision of Dr. Schwarzbaum who is a former professor and expert in working with couples. In addition to that, I also continue to educate myself in this field by attending workshops and trainings related not only to couples, but in general to counseling.
