I hired Fernando to repair 2 window sills that were sinking back into the house as well as chimney tuck pointing. He quoted a fair price for the amount of work and did a great job in executing it swiftly and efficiently. It was north of 90 degrees outside and he and his partner worked diligently to complete the tasks, which frankly must have felt unbearable in the heat. I am pleased with the work quality especially. The tuck pointing was thorough and while the color needs more time to balance out, I can rest easy knowing water will not be coming in as a result of this work. In the photo of the chimney, all of the dark mortar is fresh - lots of small spots but Fernando was quite thorough in repairing a large area for a reasonable price. Thanks again! Will definitely hire Fernando for another project when one comes up.

Looking for someone with a solid professional reputation in masonry work, I put out a request on Thumbtack. Fernando responded immediately. Since his work reviews were great, I contacted him. Fernando was quick to ask for photos and get back with a quote. The only reason I did not hire Fernando was the 3 hour drive one way between us. He was totally willing, but I knew it was unfair of me to ask considering a job so small and the distance between us so great.
