Ricky sealed some concrete around the foundation of our building. He was communicative throughout the planning process and explained options clearly, taking quite a bit of time during his estimate visit. He seemed very honest about what he thought needed to be addressed vs what did not need work. He was also honest about what work would look like new and what might not be so visually pleasing based on the option that we chose. While he was working, he noticed a little extra sealing that could be done and took care of that at no additional cost. We are so far very pleased with his work.

Rick responded within minutes of my request. He came out the same day, on a Saturday, to repair my damaged front steps. Very nice, personable, and did a very nice job! While he was out he did some much needed tuck pointing as well. Very fair price. We would definitely contact Rick again if needed.

So cement work needs a couple conditions that were against us this summer: can't be high heat, and it definitely cannot be raining. Ricky communicated so well on this job, even though we kept meeting with obstacles every time we had it scheduled. He assessed the job online and in person ahead of time, and even communicated the status of the ongoing work with me while I was at work. I cannot say enough about his commitment and professionalism. He has a lot of experience with different jobs that he brings to bear to the project. I asked if he could return for the back patio work this summer.
