FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It truly depends on the type of pet I have to service. If it's a large dog with thick woolly hair, will obviously cost a bit more than a small one with short hair. It also depends on what services are needed. Taking into consideration I have to travel to a customer's address, which means expense of gas, time, wear and tear of vehicle etc. But on average the cost is between $55.00 to $75.00 per pet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same as if they are old ones. Lots of care, concern, answers, trying to accommodate them as much as possible, professional prompt and courtious service time and time again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of owning pets and helping others attend to theirs. Look and attend to pets as if they where our own. Cleanliness, care, attention to detail, affirmation, sensitivity.
