We provide a discount to returning customers. We always trying to work with the customer budget to make sure both parties are satisfied
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: The construction company will typically schedule an initial consultation with the customer to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget. During this meeting, the company will try to get a better understanding of the customer's project and offer their insights and suggestions. Design and Proposal: Based on the initial consultation, the construction company will begin the design process and create a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs. They will present this proposal to the customer for approval or further discussion. Contract and Permits: Once the proposal is approved, the construction company will create a contract and secure any necessary permits required for the project. Project Execution: The construction company will then begin the construction process, working closely with the customer to ensure that the project meets their expectations. The customer will typically be updated on the progress of the project and may be required to make decisions throughout the process. Final Inspection and Closeout: Once the project is completed, the construction company will conduct a final inspection to ensure that everything has been done to the customer's satisfaction. Any necessary touch-ups or corrections will be made before finalizing the project and closing out the contract.
