Ninja Group is getting this review for just doing honest business. I’m selling my home and need a roof inspection. I had recently had a new roof installed and Ninja Group suggested “instead of paying us which I’m happy to come do, how about you just reach out to the company if it was so recent. That should suffice”. Which it did! Could’ve easily taken money but instead saved me money and didn’t take the business. For that i would feel confident should I ever have an issue this is someone I could trust

Ninja Group did an amazing job. Highly communicative throughout the process. Workers showed up on time and went to straight to work. Very polite and professional. I would definitely rehire should I need their services again.

We provide a discount to returning customers. We always trying to work with the customer budget to make sure both parties are satisfied
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
