- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get all the information that we can from our new customers! In the beginning, we interview our customers to truly get an understanding for the problems that they are facing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are IICRC and IRI certified. Our team's years of experience and training has helped us become one of the top companies in Illinois.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a rookie after being introduced to a restoration company through my father, and then I realized that I could run a much better company if I went into business for myself.
