- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our time starts at your door and ends once the job is done. We like to arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes before your move just to give it a quick walk-thru. After our initial walk-thru we'll start the clock.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. We like to gather as much information about a move as we can. The more we know about a move the better prepared we can be, and we like showing up prepared for every move!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the Moving Business for about 10 years, both local and long distance. I've personally moved hundreds if not thousands of homes throughout my career. I love everything about moving, the hard work, the skill it takes, and the amazing customers I get to meet each and every day. Now that I'm older and run my own trucks I try and teach my crews that same attitude and mentality. Moving isn't a job, it's a lifestyle.
