John and his crew were very down to earth, humble, respectful, and efficient. Came out to bring an oversized white Living Spaces couch up from the balcony. They got it done in less than 30-40 minutes top! I will definitely be calling them when it’s ready to be moved out.lol

From my perspective, this was not an easy job! Old dining room table moved up to old three floor apartment - no elevator. But, John and his assistant made it look like it was easy. John communicated well from the beginning. He was prompt and efficient, and took good care of the items moved. If I could have, I would have added "responsiveness" and "value" to the items I liked about working with RTO Express. Additionally, John is a nice guy, and it was a pleasure working with him! If I need anything else moved, I will contact John.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum and travel fee depending how far away the job is. We can also do smaller requests and adjust our price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and take note on what all is being moved. We typically come out and see or have the customer send pictures of items being moved. Then we call and confirm the day before the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years OJT. Weightlifting also has helped prepare for the more heavy items
