I was backed in a corner time wise needing a 450 pound commercial treadmill moved and searched the local internet ads and found RTO Express. Seeing great reviews I decided to request their service and a price quote. We arranged removal two days later and John , Kelly and KJ came out. This was a difficult removal in tight spaces to get this out of its place and up the stairs moved to the truck and then down a long flight into another house. These three removed it flawlessly not hitting anything and not a mark on oak staircases in either house. If there was an option for a sixth star I would give it. Do not hesitate requesting their service.......

John and his team did great job loading up my moving truck. they brought their own supplies to wrap up and move my furniture. they were very quick and efficient while being aware of delicate items. They were great with organizing and securing my things onto the truck while giving me plenty of space and some tips for some last minute loading of some stuff i didn't want them to load up yet till i was ready to leave. bonus points on them being professional but chill. Thanks yall!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum and travel fee depending how far away the job is. We can also do smaller requests and adjust our price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and take note on what all is being moved. We typically come out and see or have the customer send pictures of items being moved. Then we call and confirm the day before the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years OJT. Weightlifting also has helped prepare for the more heavy items
