U.S.A. Moving and Storage was great. They gave me a detailed estimate over the phone. Their price was much cheaper than anyone else I called. Their availability was great. They called the day before and a half hour before arrival. We had a somewhat complicated move because we were moving all out but only moving half back in. Daniel and his team of three others came in and understood our needs immediately. They were shockingly fast. It took them an hour and fifteen minutes to move everything out of our place, travel and move everything into storage. There organization of the storage unit was incredible. They were so careful with our stuff and wrapped everything up thoroughly. We will continue to use them for all our moving needs.

Very positive experience overall. The moving crew worked quickly and carefully. Absolutely no damage to any walls or belongings. They were very courteous. We took our time driving to the new location to meet the movers there, just based on past experience with other moving companies, assuming they would not be rushing there. They actually beat us to the new location, and had the truck open and partially unloaded, ready for us to unlock the door to our new place. They unloaded and moved everything in quickly and carefully. Before they left, the crew foreman stopped to ask if there was anything else that we needed help with. The total bill was less than the estimate, and they worked quicker than I assumed they would. No damage to anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys rocked! I found myself in the crappy position of needing to store my stuff for 2 days before getting into my new place. They were able to do that. They showed up on the first day 15 minutes later than what they said when they called, but oh well what's 15 minutes. Once they arrived they got right to work running up and down three flights of stairs. They were very friendly as well. Two days later at the new place they called and showed up right when they said they would. Once again they got down to business and even asked if I wanted them to rearrange the furniture if I didn't like where they placed anything. The cost came out to what the estimate was and when I made the reservation they gave me 10 free boxes and three free wardrobe boxes on the day of the move. Next time I move you can bet I'll be using them again.

The best moving experience I have ever had. We had a very early appointment, and the 5 guys showed up early and began packing away. They went right to work padding all of our furniture at a practically running pace. Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment was completely cleared of furniture within 45 minutes. Not only were the moving guys pleasant to work with, but FAST! They also remembered which piece of furniture went where which was incredible since even I didn't recognize my own furniture when it was all wrapped up with blankets. They came with everything you could need to move, including a box that you could put hanging clothes in. We were completely shocked by how prepared they were. They even let us use their tools to let us take down some last minute pictures and art from the walls. I would and will HIGHLY recommend them to anybody that is moving. We couldn't have had a better experience!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like all local moves performed in Illinois: Moving charges are calculated by the number of hours worked, plus the truck/travel fee, and the cost of packing materials needed to box items or wrap furniture. Sometimes additional charges apply in the event: a 2nd truck is needed, storage, blanket rental - all charges are described in detail once we have the details of your specific move

After decades of being in the Moving Industry, there hasn't been any major changes or developments. We focus on the importance of the basics: hard work, diligence, efficiency, and a genuine concern for customers and their satisfaction

We are proud of having the Chicago Blackhawks as one of our regular clients. With the important timing and care needed to accommodate their schedule, we are happy that they entrust USA Moving to handle some of their regular moving needs at the United Center stadium.
