- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each quote is based on the job itself. Distance to and from, move size, etc. I believe I keep my prices as competitive as can be. I believe in trying to accommodate each situation to the best of my ability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to gain as much information to quote them a fair price. Moving can be very stressful and funds can be quiet challenging. I try my best to work with each customer based on their specific situation and needs to be hired for the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my moving business after working close with my late grandfather. Growing up, I was always taught to work hard for what you want. The feeling I get after successfully completing a move and satisfying my customer is enough validation that I chose the right career path.
