Latoya was able to respond on short notice, and even make a time adjustment on the same day. I thought I had a reasonable understanding of the legal documents but she was able to point out a couple of things that needed clarification. There was an issue with one of the ID’s that were required during the process and she was able to verify that everything was good and we were able to complete the signing of the papers.
