We first hired Patrick last fall and he has now done three events for our firm. He is absolutely awesome! I got a response from him within 10 minutes of my first post and he stepped right up. I am in Washington DC and our Chicago office has had nothing but good things to say about the food. The managing partner of our Chicago office has said everything was excellent each time. Hands down he is our go-to chef in the Chicago area for 2023.

I hired Chef Patrick for my mother’s surprise 60th birthday party and everything was great!He was professional, on time, and the food was delicious. There was plenty of food leftover and he left to go containers for my guests. I will definitely keep him in mind for all of my future catering needs!

We simply LOVED working with Patrick & team! On relatively short notice, we engaged Patrick about a birthday brunch experience. He responded in 2 seconds saying he was interested in working with us. He quickly got to understand our vision for the event and tailored a menu based off of that vision. It was simply spectacular. Our guests are still talking about the chicken & waffles! And it was so much food for the $. All of it delicious! Patrick even went the extra mile & made signature cocktails for us to ensure, as the hosts, there was a little work to do as possible. And then even cleaned up! And finely, and perhaps most importantly, Patrick & team were friendly, fun, & courteous. We loved working with Beyond Cuisine & will hire them again for our next event.
