I hired Chef Patrick to cater my mom’s 90th Birthday Party for 160 people but my mom broke her hip days before. Chef was so understanding and rather than cancel completely, I asked if he could apply my deposit to cater my husband’s Birthday the following week. I live an hour farther away from him than the location where my mom’s party would have been but he came anyway. His food was delicious, his team was amazing, the service was excellent. I cannot recommend him enough. On top of everything else, he was very fair in his pricing. Do not look any further, Chef Patrick is your guy!

We first hired Patrick last fall and he has now done three events for our firm. He is absolutely awesome! I got a response from him within 10 minutes of my first post and he stepped right up. I am in Washington DC and our Chicago office has had nothing but good things to say about the food. The managing partner of our Chicago office has said everything was excellent each time. Hands down he is our go-to chef in the Chicago area for 2023.

I hired Chef Patrick for my mother’s surprise 60th birthday party and everything was great!He was professional, on time, and the food was delicious. There was plenty of food leftover and he left to go containers for my guests. I will definitely keep him in mind for all of my future catering needs!

We hired Chef Patrick for a small wedding, and loved his food. Our guests were complimenting all of his dishes, especially the appetizers and the mashed potatoes. He was also very helpful with the food selection, giving us options and recommendations that worked well for this small group. We would highly recommend his services and hire him and his team again for future events. We couldn’t have been happier with the catering on our special day!
