Chef Patrick was very responsive throughout the whole process and gave great suggestions on food and service during our consultation, not to mention working within my budget. My husband is no foodie by any means, but said he was excited when Chef talked about the zucchini appetizer...LOL! Also, my husband is very critical when it comes to work ethics (he’s in executive management). He said, “this guy is ‘hungry’ and I can tell he’s going to do a good job” and didn’t want to do a food tasting…he was THAT confident in Chef Patrick and boy did Chef prove him right! Chef and his staff did a phenomenal job and was very attentive. We had a guest with a nut allergy. The salad I had called for pecans and they brought the guest a completely separate bowl. Another guest didn’t eat meat (that I didn’t know about) and they brought her extra zucchini appetizers. These were just the stories that I’ve been told…I’m sure there are many other great stories. And don’t worry about your kitchen…mine was spotless before they left!
I could go on and on. They exceed my expectations on so many levels! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You will not be disappointed. Anytime I need a caterer, Chef Patrick will be our go to. Thank you Chef and staff for making our day much more memorable!

He was patient as I wasn't sure how to go about asking for what I needed and he even made really great suggestions. He brought his own plates so it was served beautifully and he cleaned up after he left.
