We simply LOVED working with Patrick & team! On relatively short notice, we engaged Patrick about a birthday brunch experience. He responded in 2 seconds saying he was interested in working with us. He quickly got to understand our vision for the event and tailored a menu based off of that vision. It was simply spectacular. Our guests are still talking about the chicken & waffles! And it was so much food for the $. All of it delicious! Patrick even went the extra mile & made signature cocktails for us to ensure, as the hosts, there was a little work to do as possible. And then even cleaned up! And finely, and perhaps most importantly, Patrick & team were friendly, fun, & courteous. We loved working with Beyond Cuisine & will hire them again for our next event. You should too! Thanks again Patrick! Great job!

This dinner was delicious! I hired him to make a birthday dinner for my husband and I and it was phenomenal I have been chasing the flavors ever since. There was plenty of food and even some left over. He was on time and kind. He was patient as I wasn't sure how to go about asking for what I needed and he even made really great suggestions. He brought his own plates so it was served beautifully and he cleaned up after he left.

Patrick is the best! He created amazing food, and when a couple of our guests asked if something was gluten-free and it wasn’t, he whipped up something else for them in the moment! There was plenty of food and it was all lovely. Hire him. You won’t regret it.
