Noah catered and hosted a beautiful underground dinner. It was a standing, small plate dinner which included quail eggs in salt, a marinated jicama and pickled onion on pear chip topped with creme fresh, a hash with candied bacon, a delicious, homemade butternut squash ravioli with a brown butter sauce and my personal favorite, a goat cheese ice cream with stone fruit. Each dish was incredible and the favor profiles were on point. Noah was a gracious host and made sure everyones needs were met including offering gluten free and vegetarian options. I would definitely attend another one of his events in a heartbeat.

Noah is wildly creative, ridiculously knowledgeable and endlessly curious when it comes to food. He's catered several events for me - including one for a community party at my flower shop, where he not only prepared amazing bites - they were all themed to match the neighborhood and my brand. Did I mention they were delicious? :) My experiences working with him have always been fantastic. He listens, he's efficient, and he always goes above and beyond.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Good partnerships start with a conversation. I prefer to start an interaction with listening; hear the vision for the event, and get a solid understanding of the expectations and goals laid out. I always appreciate if a client has their own inspiration ideas they can share with me. With all of this information I create a comprehensive plan based on the clients wishes, give options and my own inspiration when necessary, and lay out a proposed budget for the event. This plan is collaborative which means establishing good communication between myself and the client, and checking in between conception and execution.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Over ten years experience planning and executing events as an executive household manager, a private chef & caterer, and event coordinator.
