After an accident that was not my fault, it took me far too long to realize I was going to be left in a really bad place with bills piling up. Contingent fees - no fee unless we win and ONLY if we win (we put this in writing with EVERY client without fail).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss your potential case for about 15-60 minutes and gather basic inforamtion, send an "Attorney-Client Agreement" via DocuSign to click to sign, set up your case with insurance companies and begin the "fight" for you. Answer questions all along the way via my ************* and even ****************.
