- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My firm will never charge you a dime for any of the time we spend with you. Our fees are solely based upon when we succeed. We receive one third of any settlement or verdict we obtain for you, and we risk all of the costs involved in obtaining that successful result for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially by phone. Hopefully you can contact us as soon as possible after an accident, which provides us with the opportunity to obtain evidence that might otherwise be lost to prove your case. We do the work that needs to be done to protect you, letting you focus on your healing and treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my law degree in 1992, and have tried and settled cases involving serious injuries and death every year since, from plane crashes, truck accidents, medical negligence cases, construction accidents to fender benders and slip and falls.
