Introduction: I understand and relate to my clients challenges because I have faced many challenges in my own life. I come from a working class background and am blessed to be doing this work. There have been tragedies and adversity in my life. I am grateful for the education and the opportunities I have received and have never forgotten where I have come from. I continue to work in the community as I have for over 30 years. I am grateful to help where I am able and provide answers and service to clients when they are in need.
