Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I believe everybody should be in good physical and mental health. Every man, women, and child should be in good health at whatever age. Everybody should be able to go up and down a flight of stairs without gasping for air, walk one or two miles without stopping, and lift things without feeling any pain. We are meant to be physically fit and strong. I have been coaching and personal training adults and children for 20 years. I help adults shed weight off their body with low and high impact exercise, aerobic and anaerobic workout, and mental fitness training. I help children become physically fit with plyometric exercise and cardio exercise. build strength with weight training, and develop speed and agility. I was a track and field athlete for 10 years. I started in elementary school and competed through college at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. In those 10 years I have competed in various events such as high jump, 100m, 400m, long jump, and relays. I also ran cross country. I have coached athletes in elementary school and high school. I coached adults in group training and personal training at various location.

Heraldo was very professional. After I gave him a little background information, he knew immediately what I was looking for and what workout regimen would best suit my needs. He always has a positive attitude and takes an interest in his clients. I would definitely recommend Heraldo as a personal trainer.
