Working with Ashley has been an amazing experience! She puts together amazing and easy to follow programs that have helped me make tremendous progress in just 8 weeks. I am now in the gym 4 days a week and really enjoying it. Ashley takes the time to get to know your own goals and works with you to make sure you are continuing to progress. Ashley has re-ignited my interest in strength training! Through the pandemic, it got too easy to skip workouts, and having Ashley provide accountability and motivation has made a difference! It's been great having her do both in-person sessions and set up weekly programs for me. She's well versed in personal training and in scaling for an individual's needs/abilities. I injured my back as we started to work together and she was phenomenal in helping me continue to focus on strength while learning how to protect myself from further injury.

I have been working with Ashley for a couple of years now. I heard about her from a friend, so I felt confident working with her from the start. I have osteoporosis and Ashley plans workouts target my needs. She is friendly and organized. I can really count on her. Even if I don't actually feel like working out, having the appointment on my schedule helps me show up. I feel a lot better after my workouts every single time. My doctor told me to keep doing what I am doing because my workouts, along with ballroom dancing once a week and with my medications, are working! This is an investment in my long term health.
