- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on number of sessions/package purchased, i.e. how many sessions is needed to help the customer reach their fitness goals efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with an orientation to learn and understand what he or she is looking to accomplish. I find out what his or her fitness goals are and their health history and do a fitness assessment to see what he or she is able to do. Once we find out we are a match and I assure them I can and will help them to their fitness goals, I then prescribe them a certain number of sessions that I know will be needed in order for them to reach their goals.
