I’ve worked out with a number of personal trainers but finally found the right fit with Scott. In just a few months of working together, I’ve gotten stronger, improved my diet, and been more motivated to exercise than before. Scott keeps our workouts unique and fun - introducing a lot of variety and continually pushing me to do my best. He is very knowledgeable, listens well, and most importantly, keeps me entertained throughout our sessions. The time literally flies by and I walk away energized and ready to tackle what’s next in my day. I highly recommend Scott to anyone who wants to see results and feel better.

Scott is a great trainer and is always responsive to individual needs. He offers advice on how to address specific concerns - whether they be about diet, exercise, injuries, etc. He is very knowledgeable about health & diet in general and always incorporates tips into his training sessions. He is very creative and energetic during his training sessions, and pays particular attention to form. I always get a great workout with Scott.

Scott is one of my trainers at my gym and I love his workouts. They are very challenging and not dull. When he explains them he is thorough and professional. He is one of my motivators for sure.
