- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is not your typical personal training! This is Fitness and Nutrition Coaching. With coaching it is not 'per session' like normal training. This is a coaching package. We work together for a identified amount of time and there is a a specific price associated with it. My program is called "10 minutes to Succes" where I show you how to achieve your goals, when you master the first 10 minutes! What I teach is how to get you from where you are now to where you want to go. I show you the right path to take. You learn the importance of developing your own workout plan and build the confidence to do it! You learn how to build your own eating plan and some of the best ways to execute it. I show you how the It may seem way different than your normal personal training, that's because it is! No more paying per session, take your health into your own hands, learn what it takes to build long term sustainable habits and achieve your goals! 60 day program includes weekly meetings where we go over everything, build your foundation, and get you from A to B!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer Into 'Power calls" for everyone, a free 30 minute call to discuss what you are looking for in more detail, to see if we would be a good fit to work together. With a Personal trainer you hire them and maybe see them 1-3 times a week. If they are a great trainer they maybe give you some weekly homework to follow. The issue is you don't learn what is necessary to achieve results on your own. That looks like ~$75 per session, but can last months or years. ($150 a week, $600 per month, $7,200 a year - if we stick with twice a week). Once you stop with the trainer, are you confident without them? In my experience, that is rarely the case. What I do is coaching. We work together for a set period of time, where our goal isn't to workout together per workout session and count reps, it is to teach you to be self reliant, show you how to achieve your goal, and help you create long term sustainable habits. All from the comfort of your home, no travel needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently the Vice President of a High End Corporate Fitness and Wellness company. -I have a B.S in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, with a minor in coaching. -I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) -Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach through National Exercise & Sport Trainers Association (NESTA). -Certified Performance Enhancement Coach (NASM) -Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach (NASM) -Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) -Certified Behavior Change Specialist (NASM) I have work experience in the Corporate and Private Studio settings. I have one-on-one personal Training, Partner Training, Group Training, and Nutrition coaching experience. I have worked with clients from all age groups within the general population. I focus on teaching you how to take your health into your own hands.
