Renee was amazing, I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a caregiver for their furbabies. She had an immediate connection with my dog, Walter, when they met, and the stranger-shy cats even came out, of their own volition, to say hello. She is obviously a kindred spirit to animals and will take such good care of your pets. Renee was even able to squeeze us in last-minute, and spent some time playing with Walter after they went for a walk. She asked good questions when we met and sent updates during the visit. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars... it's always a strange and scary thing, meeting a stranger on the internet, inviting them in, giving them your house key, and trusting them with your pets... but Renee set me instantly at ease and was nothing but honest, caring, and responsible. Renee is very communicative and will take good care of your pets.

Trusting your dog with someone new is really hard, but when Roscoe, my 8 year old Boxer, and I met Renee we both knew she would be a great dog sitter to take care of him when I went out of town for business and for walks when my schedule required early mornings and late nights. She asked lots of questions to make sure that he cared for him the way I would and to ensure his schedule wouldn't be disruptive. But most of all, I could tell she genuinely cared about him and enjoyed spending time with him. If she hadn't left Chicago for Las Vegas, I know I would be hiring her again and again and she and Roscoe would still be great friends. You've found a reliable and caring sitter. Book her today!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer reasonable, competitive pricing that a normal person can afford. This is because I'm not employing anyone other than myself, and because I simply LOVE what I do!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I care for your precious pet, I will meet with you to learn every little detail of how to keep them happy, safe, and well. I can be a part of your pet's normal training and routine, including feeding, crate training, and leash training. I only EVER walk one dog at a time so that I can give your pup all my love and attention.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the pet care industry for more than 10 years now, working with dogs, cats, bunnies, and birds. I am skilled in understanding a pet's body language and behavior, which allows me to tailor care to an individual pet's needs. I am highly experienced in working with elderly, special needs, and anxious pets, including experience administering oral medication.
