Susan was great! She is so credentialed too. I love the fact that she worked as a medical assistant in an animal hospital for almost 20 years. This really gives me comfort, because she really understands my cats and their unique needs and challenges. She also knows how to give them medicine orally. I feel very blessed to have found her. Susan was terrific. We lost our former cat sitter after 20 years, and Susan had a hard act to follow. She was responsive to our first inquiry and we quickly scheduled a meeting. Her years of caring for pets was obvious in the way she approached the needs of our two cats and in addressing our concerns. One of our two cats is somewhat challenging; Susan knew exactly how to handle any situation. We were very appreciative of her professionalism and responsiveness. Susan was great watching our two cats! We had her come once a day to feed them and she was really good about sending pictures and updates.
We have one cat that gets some separation anxiety but when we came home he didn't seem stressed at all which means Susan must have taken great care of them =). I would highly recommend her, the whole process was very easy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Twenty dollars a visit, but this will be discussed with client for all special needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to set up a meeting with my customer to meet at their house, to go over all the needs of their pet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at a animal hospital for the last 16 years as a veterinary assistant. In addition I have taken care of clients pets for many years, walking dogs while clients at work, to taking care of cats when owners are on vacation, simple as going in to feed and change litter box, and spend some time with pet. to giving medication up to twice daily,. Also taking in mail for clients if needed or watering plants.
