Brian was extremely responsive and showed up promptly. I haven’t tested the new lights yet but Brian knew every detail inside out so I don’t have any doubts on work quality.
Brian was quick to respond and on time. Installed a new ceiling fan for me in no time. He even pointed out a different wall switch and installed that as well. He even took the time to look at an old ceiling fan that was a little out of balance. He figured out the issue and made a quick repair to keep the fan from swinging. Would definitely contact again for future needs.
Details: Yes, the location has an existing fan • Ceiling • Less than or equal to 8 feet high

Hired Brian to install 3 new lighting fixtures in our main room. The installation was quick and extremely well-done. We’ll be hiring Brian again for all of our projects moving forward :)
I was very pleased with Brian's work. He did quality work, was professional, punctual and responsive to our needs and I would hire him again. Absolutely! He installed a pendulum light over the dinning room table, and repaired several light fixtures etc. in our condo.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates fluctuate based on demand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial conversation is a great way to learn the scope and nature of the project. I can provide an accurate estimate based on just that information (for example, "I have three curtain rods to hang, two heavy mirrors, and about a dozen pictures"). Occasionally, I'll need to assess the project first-hand before I can determine whether I can complete the task and how long it will take. (For example: "Our garage door locking handle is broken, and the door doesn't slide easily on its tracks. Also, our dishwasher isn't draining completely.")
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best instruction for furniture assembly, wall mounting, and light installation is hands-on experience. I've spent ten years fine-tuning the process and learning to avoid the pitfalls. Most furniture assembly and wall-mounting jobs can be completed without creative problem-solving, but light installation likes to throw the occasional curveball. I keep a journal of most of my jobs to document solutions and situations that I'm likely to encounter again.
