- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing typically includes the time for the photo shoot, and lightly edited photos to correct lighting and colors if needed. Additional editing to remove blemishes, or add compositing is available for an additional fee based on the number of photos and edits required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with you to get to know you, and make you feel comfortable. It's key for you to be as relaxed as possible during a portrait session. For events, I like to see the lighting conditions ahead of time if possible to prepare the equipment I may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 30 years experience as an IT consultant, and have taken photos of people and events for many years. I am currently pursuing a degree in photography, as I think I figured out what I want to do when I grow up.
