- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Overall pricing is variable depending on the workload associated with the shoot. Despite this, everything is priced up front and including unless otherwise specified.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by asking questions about the event and providing a quote. If accepted, I email the client a contract and invoice that can be handled online. If the client has any specific wishes, I ask them to consolidate them and I take them with me to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained a bachelor's of science degree with a major in Film and Video and two minors: international relations and political science.
