My background includes visual storytelling, journalism, and photography. I’ve studied composition, natural‑light techniques, and portrait work through both formal education and hands‑on experience. I also bring a journalist’s eye, which helps me create images that feel honest and expressive.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started photographing people and community events through my work in journalism and storytelling. Families and organizations began asking me to capture portraits, milestones, and gatherings, and over time, it grew into a dedicated part of my creative practice. I’ve always loved documenting real moments and genuine expression, and portrait photography became a natural extension of that.
