What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the project! I tend to create my own dresses, props, and backgrounds so depends on the whole concept itself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to talk to them in advance and get to know what they want! Plus I always love to get to know anyone I meet ahead of time so it makes it easier for them to feel comfortable
