- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know what is being charged and how it’s processed. If it includes timing, distance traveled, the amount of a party, etc. Details are key so that the photographer and customers are on the same page. Along with a signed document (contract) showing that there’s an agreement and no violations of any kind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them before the shoot, why they want the shoot and how they want to shoot. I’m a people person where I love to connect with customers and learn of what they are asking in use of my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a freelancer so I’m self taught but I attended to a KVCC Community College in Michigan and then attended Columbia College Chicago.
