- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
5%-6% for homeowners (this includes professional photos, buyers agent cut, marketing, etc... We have an aggressive marketing plan we would go over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start with a consultation and go over your real estate goals, what is to be expected, and what the specifics of what we do. Then the rest would be updates every week of the progress and feedback and guidance through the closing process for both a buyer and seller.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before becoming a real estate agent, I started off with real estate investing and currently still do so.
