Manuel did excellent work. It was a fall fix up. He installed, caulked and painted floor boards, correct hanging doors inside, scraped and painted facings of outside doors, installed new bathroom sink faucet, fixed toilet squeak, replaced caulk in bathrooms, patched holes in wall, painted inside doors, replaced inside air vents, replaced patio wood panels outdoors, fixed screens in deck doors and more. He worked consistently over 3 days. He cleaned up his work each day and took his trash with him.
