Carlos and his team were great. Very professional. We had a minor leak in our detached garage roof. He came to take a look and give us a quote and a day later came and repaired the issue. Replacing the Sheathing, Ice and Water shield, and Shingles. We will look to them again if we ever run into other roof issues.

I had a leak. Decided to get a repair rather than a new roof. Carlos was able to service on the day I called. I explained that shingles needed to be replaced job was done quickly and professionally. However the roof still leaked. I called, Carlos came back looked around and found water leaking from around window underneath the shingles. He repaired the window. No leak follow up service was impressive. He’s my guy for roofing and apparently windows

I contacted several other roofing contractors before I found ARCOS ROOFING ON THUMBTACK and I’m happy I didn’t stop searching! Carlos was very responsive, professional, polite, and his estimate was very reasonable to repair a portion of my roof and replace the entire gutter system and downspout on my lower roof of my home which is a two story Georgian! I’m actually going to use him in the future to replace the whole gutter system on the main roof! You won’t be disappointed with his skillset and he assured me that I didn’t have to do a complete TEAR OFF, like I was initially quoted from other roofing companies! I’ve attached before and after photos Thanks again Carlos.
