I was having trouble getting a new printer to sync with the Internet and with my Google Account. It wouldn't print or do anything a printer is supposed to do. I'm older and I didn't want a remote repair person for two reasons - too complicated and why should I pay someone if I'm doing the work and being aggravated myself? I'm sort of serious!
John came out, he was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and patient with me. He took the time to let me try to explain what I was experiencing. With a rough description, he figured the rest out. He didn't rush me and he didn't act like I was a pain to deal with even though I was.
Last, but certainly not least, the price was extremely reasonable. Not only do I not have any complaints but I highly recommend John. I will use him for my ccomputer needs from now on.
