- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?15% Discount for Small-Mid Size Business first time customers. We charge an hourly rate starting at $55. We also provide managed services. Ask about our service contract with a retainer fee included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process is to meet with the customer and perform an IT Assessment. We then use the output of the IT analysis to generate budgets for both upfront recommendations and then if needed, a managed services agreement. Next step is stabilization of said issue followed with ongoing IT managed services if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our team currently holds bachelors in Computer Engineering, and Business Administration. We also have CCNA certified specialists on the team.
