- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've always got somebody studying...for a new certification, a new protocol, to expand into database management or cyber-threat specialties. As the owner, I'm a lifelong student--this year I'm trying to add another foreign language to my repertoire, as well ,as sitting for the PMP exam.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I take genuine pleasure in solving problems. Especially in finding creative ways to deliver the solution withing the necessary constraints of time and budget.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Lately we've been getting lots of requests for remotely-accessible surveillance camera systems. As the technology has improved and prices dropped, everyone wants High-Def to replace their old analog equipment, and they want to view and connect in real-time from any device, anywhere. Still a lot of old-fashioned burglary systems, and a lot of companies are adding key-card access in big and small ways. And FINALLY, everybody is starting to want a Home Media Storage solution for sharing content across devices and platforms, which is a technology we've been championing for years.
