- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) I accept payments via Venmo, Paypal, or CashApp 2) All payments must be made BEFORE the lesson. (The payment reserves your date & time slot) 3) If you need to cancel, you have up to 12 hours before your scheduled time of your class to do so 4) When you purchase packages (i.e. 5 classes) please be reminded that that if you cancel on a short notice the class still counts. (All customers have until 10pm the day before) If I cancel your class (i.e. emergency) I will make sure your class is made up in a timely manner.

I give a phone consultation followed by pricing details and scheduling to follow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Swimming has been a part of my life for a long time. I was a lifeguard for the Chicago Park District for 9 years. I also was an Instructor for the YMCA in 1998 and have since-wherever I was a lifeguard-taught swimming lessons to children and adults.
