PMT is the best around! I’ve been working with Rob for several years and have lost over 80 lbs. working with him and through the classes he offers. It might feel intimidating at first not knowing anyone but everyone in the classes are fantastic people who all have the same goal - making themselves better, healthier, and stronger than they were.
