I told him about my weaknesses and a little about what i already know and he was able to figure a routine that would work best for me. He was quite fair when it came to work-outs and made sure it was just at the right pace, after one session i already felt stronger than i ever did before and for that i am grateful. I would recommended taking Adam's services for anyone willing to learn basic or just fundamental of what Adam offers to teach. Overall a nice and good instructor and i plan on taking more sessions with him. "See more
