Introduction: I'll be upfront. I'm not a 'quick fix' kind of guy. If you want to work with me, you'll need to commit to the journey. And that journey requires grit and the willingness to keep showing up for yourself. And truth be told, that's all any of us really do anyhow ... we just keep showing up. I know that sometimes showing up looks like pulling the covers over your head and sleeping it off and other days showing up means hitting the ground running. My commitment to you and any person I work with is to show up WITH you ... right where you are. Working together, we can uncover the solutions and answers that are already inside of you. So I urge you to get on board with process sooner rather than later. I'm certain that the end result will be a marked shift from a mindset of lack and limitation to one of possibility and potential. And finally, I always infuse the power of mindfulness and connection to that inexplicable something that is greater than both you and I and yet is simultaneously embodied as both you and I.
As far as my professional credentials, I have a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling as well as my CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor) and LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). Additionally, I have specialized training in addiction counseling.

I've heard it said that 'Spirit' does not call the qualified, but rather qualifies the called. I definitely feel called to do the sacred work of counseling, coaching and teaching. And to that point, I do find rather serendipitously that I frequently end up teaching that which I most need to learn myself. As such, I'm completely committed to my own therapeutic journey of self-discovery and expanding my internal container for good. Moreover, I'm completely at ease with coaching and counseling from a place of transparency and vulnerability.
