Charlene is honestly a god sent life saver! She was able to custom embroider a hoodie for me and, get it to me in time for my boyfriends birthday! I made the mistake of looking around wayyy to late for a gift and she delivered exactly what I needed! From the second I reached out to her she was amazing, she responded so quickly and was able to get me my hoodie in 2 days flat!! All I did was show her what I wanted and she executed it better then flawlessly. If you need anything embroidered or custom altered I highly highly recommend coming to her!!
