- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation to assess the customer's personal needs. We, then, follow up by setting a face-to-face appointment with the customer for further discussion and a visual inspection of the project. Finally, we provide the customer with a written quote.

NCCER certified (National Center for Construction Education and Research). Carpentry Instructor. Certified Exam Proctor. Certified Performance Evaluation. Certified First Aid/AED/CPR. Certified Ergonomics Training (for safety). Power Tools. Scaffolding (Erector and User). Graduated from 4-year Carpenter Apprenticeship. Certified Journeyman Carpenter (15+ years). Certified in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30.
