Sriram B. says, "Communication was super easy from start to finish. Alex was very punctual and did a thorough job with the initial diagnosis. He explained all the potential issues with my GE fridge and the recommended steps to fix it. He was also transparent that it may or may not be fixed by simply replacing the thermistor and we might have to take it step by step. Once I gave the go ahead, Astera was prompt in ordering the parts and scheduling the follow up appointment. Luckily fixing the thermistor seemed to do the trick (so far). Highly recommend Alex and Astera for appliance repairs - very professional and high quality work, with great respect for the client's time and home."See more

Sarah Geary says, "I have to note how amazing the girls in the office are. The handled my tears and frustration over our situation beautifully!Kevin was great at explaining things to us. He was also able to get us a furnace over $1,000 cheaper than what the other companies quoted.The technicians did a wonderful job. Not overly chatty but very polite. They made sure to protect my floors (even though they too are in need of repair). The one who finished things up was great. He actually went above and beyond for me. I didn't quite like how one of the cords were and he put in the extra effort to make sure that I wouldn't have issues with it in the future. He was able to explain the new thermostat to me and answered any questions I had!I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to get it done. A couple hours less than I was expecting!When they realized a small thing I wanted done wasn't, they reached out to me to let me know when we have them back in spring, they will be happy to take care of it. Only a later date because I wasn't in a rush for it.Over all they did a great job. I will be happy to use them again in the future!"See more
