Charles was simple to work with, very responsive and helpful! I live in another state and am a landlord. We needed some paint repaired and mold proofed in a bathroom at our condo in Chicago. He worked with our tenant to confirm times and got the work done quickly. Will definitely use again!

Step 1: Scheduled Phone Call to get details about the project Step 2: On-site visit where I get to see the property and determine what kind of work is required and quote based on that. Step 4: Begin the painting project until complete Step 5: Free visit incase of any corrections after job has been reviewed, this ensure our clients and happy and satisfied with the job.
