Review: Digital Saviour Technologies – Owner, Raymond Muhammad
Highly recommended, knowledgeable about all aspects of project, good listener and client driven. Prior to starting my workstations project, I contacted Thumbtack headquarters to describe the type of specialists I needed for the workstation’s setup. The Thumbtack representative recommended two computer service providers that matched my requirements, and Raymond Muhammad responded promptly. I discussed the details with Ray, we agreed on the time, Ray contacted me when he was five minutes away and arrived promptly. Ray completed the first workstation setup from a ThinkStation P 320 to a ThinkStation P 5 expertly and efficiently, completely, explaining to me in layperson’s terms, my computer data in Windows 7 and Windows 10, the specific needs for new software upgrades and new purchases needed for the P5 to operate using Windows 11. Ray identified all software programs needed, they were purchased, and he patiently answered my questions during the workstation setup. The next week, Ray set up a ThinkStation P3 with Windows 11, migrated legacy data, upgraded software from Windows Server, and installed multiple software approved licenses. It has been 10 days since Rays workstation setups and the P5 and P 3 are working flawlessly. There have been computer and network functionality improvements observed following the implementation of Ray's workstation setups. Overall. Ray completed high quality work, and I would hire this business in the future. A++

Contact for pricing, it varies on needs and the type of projects
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessment of the issue,if the customer does not know what the issue is i offer the a diagnostic fee, after finding the problem, I will give them a quote. If the work is to be performed the fee will be subtracted from the overall price. If the issue is known then there will be a flat fee for the work in terms of the repair. If the customer needs a website then it is a flat fee based on the purpose and the number of pages

A+ Certified Technician, I have been a Team lead over a group of technicians and project management skills. I have worked for large scale corporations such as Chase, HP and public sector such as Chicago Public Schools. I am a website developer. that has worked on small/midsize businesses, and non-profits
