We were so pleased with the bartending service Carolina provided! She and her associate were so easy to work with! They arrived punctually, set up the two bars quickly, and were just lovely all evening long. Carolina was flexible and willing to make the three different signature cocktails for our event, as well as every other drink our participants ordered. I highly recommend Cocktails by Carolina for your events, and will be hiring them again in the future!

Carolina was our in-home bartender during our annual Friendgiving event, and she was a HUGE hit! Outside of her drinks being absolutely fabulous, she was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event and had a wonderful set up. She printed out the bar menu (of which we were able to choose specialty drinks from), was super prepared with mixers and bitters, gave us a very clear grocery list and was just wonderful to work with. We’ve never hired a bartender before but we were so blown away by Carolina’s professionalism that I think this will need to be an on going occurrence for parties. We would hire her again in an instant. She made everything so much better and was super easy and responsive to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Carolina was great! We had an engagement party for 70 guests. She made a wonderful blueberry mojito that the guests loved. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking our having a bartender. Her set up, organization, and communication was very helpful to ease party planning!
