Rich was fantastic. He provided consultation in terms of how to prep the area, which kind of paper would be best -- he provided the most competitive quote (I obtained 4 quotes) and was able to schedule me within days of my wallpaper being available.
The final product was nothing short of perfect - design lined up with total precision across the wall, corners and seams were perfect as well.
