Paul and his team were very responsive, thorough, and professional. They took care of a roof leak caused by a solar panel, that caused water to come into the living space. They dried everything out, cleared all the mold and fixed up the ceiling.

First, just for those that were in my place looking for someone immediately and barely have time to look for referrals,... stop now and choose Restoration 1.They worked well with my home insurance, speedy and thorough. The best part is that they double and triple checked their work. I had a sewage backup, and I hadn't realized how fast black mold can grow in less than a day. (Luckily Paul did.) I would've been happy with drying and sanitizing since we caught it so fast. Paul saved me tens of thousands from having to pull up any new materials somewhere down the road after eventually finding the mold. Oh, plus Paul, and crew, are fantastic people. Saying I recommend Restoration 1 is an understatement. (Photos are different locations in basement but results were the same.)
