    I 1st hired Chef Dangond for a private dinner with some colleagues at my place and was so amazed by his talent that decided to hire him again, but as my private cooking instructor, I needed to learn how he cooks! Chef Dangond is my #1 reference for the culinary world and would instantly and blindly recommend him to anyone.

    My profession is to review Chefs and find cuisine that excites me. I hired Chef Dangond for a private dinner and gave him creative freedom (always my test). His menu was astounding, delicious, sexy, and uncompromising. I would refer him to anyone. His devotion and passion for the cuisine he creates is apparent in every bite. And I continue to work with him now for Events, private dinners, and tastings. He's a rarity!

    In one word.. Amazing. He is a great person with an amazing talent . You will not regret hiring or training with Andres. Only few chefs can combine so many cultures in a plate without altering the unique flavours of each exquisite ingredient he uses.. Simply amazing and mouth watering. Five stars.
