My profession is to review Chefs and find cuisine that excites me. I hired Chef Dangond for a private dinner and gave him creative freedom (always my test). His menu was astounding, delicious, sexy, and uncompromising. I would refer him to anyone. His devotion and passion for the cuisine he creates is apparent in every bite.
