- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $33 for every call. This price is for a diagnostic evaluation of the problem you are having. Once we determine the cause of the problem we will show you what we can do for you and how much that will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To us, customer experience is above all else Our goal is to find out what you want and how you want it so that we can tailor our process to you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We worked for all of the major companies in the area. We were all disappointed in the way that they cared more about their bottom line than their customers and we decided we wanted to try doing it the other way.
