- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For house keeping, I do not have standard prices. I have compared the prices of maid services and guarantee to be more reasonable. Prices will depend on specifics. I'm able to shampoo carpets, steam clean hard surface as well as furniture, clean siding, gutters, you name it! I prefer to quote per job instead of an hourly rate. I provide any supplies needed for housekeeping. If interested in painting I ask the paint be provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrange to meet at the location where the work is needed. At this time new customers can express any concerns and ask questions. I will complete an estimate based on the overall job. This is a free estimate. Scheduling is flexible and can be arranged same day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For housekeeping, I am a mother, pet owner, and home owner. Besides that, for years I worked in the animal care field. Some of the worst messes happened there and many of these messes were contagious. It was of most importance the entire building be disinfected, some items to be sterilized. Currently, I work part-time for a disaster restoration company.
