- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is completely based on the time that I project the job will take me and the ease with which I can complete the job based on my experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone call to establish expectations with a customer on the timing of the work and the payment. Then we check in daily by email for short term projects and weekly if more of a long term project. I will schedule other phone calls if there are questions that cannot be answered via email. Clear communication between me and my customers is extremely important as I want to deliver the best product possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Pre-Medicine, a Master's in Epidemiology/Environmental Health and a PhD in Public Health Studies. I have also been a professor for 11 years and have been involved in grant writing, have publications in scientific journals, and have edited 5 books that went on to be published. I was also a career center director for 2 years in which I assisted students in applying and interviewing for jobs.
